The attention of Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) has been drawn to the recent arrest of an IPOB family member by the Nigerian police on the 15th April 2017 at the venue of their meeting in Umuebule 1 Etche, opposite Umuebulu Police station in River state.
According to an eyewitness who is also a Biafran said the reason of the arrest is the recent peaceful Evangelism they carried out within the vicinity of Umuebulu on the 2nd of April 2017. He gave the name of the arrested Biafran as Victor Ogiebe who is a caretaker of the venue of IPOB family meeting and whose source of income as a professional bricklayer has been denied.
Our source gave the name of the DPO who ordered the arrest of Victor Ogiebe as one SP Mary Iheanacho, she is from Imo state and her phone number as received by our reporter is 080 612 222 29. Those who visited the arrested Biafran at the Umuebulu police station yesterday night by 7pm was denied access to give their fellow Biafran food, and Victor Ogiebe has being subjected to inhumane conditions in the police cell.

An investigation by our reporter revealed that SP Mary Iheanacho is known for using the arrest of innocent Biafrans to please her Hausa masters and seek for recognition and promotion within the police rank.
